Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhavaram for a Construction Project Head. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Responsibilities include developing project plans, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing procurement and resource allocation, and leading a team of professionals to complete projects successfully. The Construction Project Head will also liaise with stakeholders, resolve challenges, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to effectively allocate and monitor financial resources and expenditures

Skills in Procurement to manage vendor relationships and oversee the acquisition of materials and equipment

Expertise in Construction Management and Project Management to oversee and lead all stages of the construction process

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
