Job Description

Job Summary:

The Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end execution, coordination, and successful delivery of high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and project management capabilities to manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. Oversee day-to-day project activities from excavation to handover of high-rise buildings. Ensure timely execution of all project phases with a focus on quality and safety.

Team Management:

Lead a team of engineers, site managers, contractors, and vendors. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper coordination across departments.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular project review meetings and update senior management on progress.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and legal compliance. Manage audits, approvals, and statutory documentation related to the project.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs, manage vendor contracts, and control project expenditures. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, BOQs, schedules, etc. Provide weekly/monthly reports to management on milestones, challenges, and forecasts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Morning shift Weekend only
Supplemental Pay:

Yearly bonus
