To provide end-to-end leadership and strategic oversight of the
entire Projects Division
, including the
project management department
at head office and
execution teams across all project sites
. This role ensures that all construction projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all functions of the Project Department including Planning, Contracts, QS, Billing, Procurement Coordination, Quality Control, and Project Monitoring.
Develop and implement departmental SOPs, project governance systems, and performance KPIs.
Ensure coordination and alignment between site execution teams and the head office control team.
Standardize planning methodologies, reporting formats, and document control procedures across all projects.
Exercise complete oversight and control of all project sites, including execution strategy, scheduling, logistics, safety, and quality.
Conduct regular site visits to review progress, resource utilization, and adherence to project milestones.
Guide and support Site Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors in resolving operational challenges in real-time.
Monitor labor deployment, subcontractor performance, material management, and cost control at the site level.
Approve project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and cash flow plans using relevant project management tools.
Monitor overall project performance using MIS dashboards and analytical tools for timely decision-making.
Lead project review meetings with site teams, project control departments, and senior management.
Manage escalation of critical issues such as delays, design changes, or claims to minimize risk and disruption.
Serve as the single point of accountability for all communications with clients, consultants, architects, and statutory bodies.
Review and approve all major contractual communications, change requests, and variation orders.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (HSE), quality benchmarks (QA/QC), and regulatory compliance at all sites.
Conduct periodic audits to assess EHS performance, workmanship, and statutory adherence.
Oversee resolution of non-conformities, safety violations, and observations raised by clients or consultants.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, planners, and departmental heads across sites and office.
Drive talent development, on-the-job training, mentoring, and succession planning within the Projects Division.
Establish a culture of discipline, ownership, and performance throughout the project organization.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience:
10+ years
in civil construction project management
Must have managed
multiple large-scale construction sites
(residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
At least
8-10 years in a senior leadership role
managing both head office project teams and field execution teams

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
