Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
Budget & Cost Management
:
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Control project costs and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary limits.
Prepare and track billings and financial reports.
Scheduling & Resource Management
:
Create and manage project schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
Stakeholder & Team Management
:
Liaise and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong working relationships.
Regulatory Compliance & Permitting
:
Obtain necessary permits from federal, state, and local authorities.
Ensure adherence to building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance & Safety
:
Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Implement quality control measures and ensure a healthy and safe work environment on site.
