Assist the Project Manager in managing day-to-day project activities and communication among stakeholders (owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel operators).
Support in developing project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Coordinate design reviews and ensure timely submission of drawings, approvals, and revisions.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change orders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and propose mitigation actions.
Construction & Site Supervision
Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
Track material deliveries and installation timelines to prevent construction delays.
Financial & Contract Management
Assist in the preparation and review of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor appointments.
Support the monitoring of project budgets, cost reports, and payment certifications.
Track variations, claims, and change orders under the supervision of the Project Manager.
Stakeholder Communication
Coordinate between owners, hotel operators, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and brand standards.
Prepare regular updates and presentations for management and project stakeholder.
