Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Construction to manage and coordinate end-to-end real estate projects. The role involves close coordination with all internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, while directly reporting to the Group CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for timely execution, approvals, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end construction project execution from planning to completion Coordinate with all internal departments (Design, Legal, Finance, Liaison, Sales, CRM, Procurement, and Engineering) Act as a single point of contact between management, consultants, contractors, and authorities Oversee statutory approvals, compliances, and project documentation Monitor construction progress, quality, budgets, and timelines Handle stakeholder and tenant coordination (where applicable) Identify project risks and drive timely resolution and mitigation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Prepare and present MIS reports and project updates to the Group CEO Support strategic planning, cost optimization, and value engineering Key Requirements 12+ years of experience in construction / real estate project management Strong exposure to construction coordination, execution, and approvals Experience in SRA / redevelopment projects will be an added advantage Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management MBA / PMP certification will be an added advantage Compensation Open Salary Bracket -ligned with experience and expertise More Information :- Poojachaugule@aspect.global :- Pranjalisurve@aspect.global
