We're looking for a skilled Project Head to spearhead planning, execution, and quality control, ensuring industry-leading standards are met every step of the way.

Position Overview:

As the Project Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-impact real estate and infrastructure projects in Jaipur. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, quality assurance, vendor management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and milestones while ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

- Team Leadership & Coordination: Mentor and manage site teams to enhance workflow efficiency and project delivery.

- Financial Oversight: Supervise cost estimation, cash flow, and financial controls in collaboration with finance teams.

- Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot technical issues promptly, and maintain stringent quality and safety standards.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Efficiently negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and uphold transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.

- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address delays or budget challenges decisively.

- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation and provide progress updates to senior leadership.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Over 10 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)

- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools

- Strong leadership, financial acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
