Job Title: Project Head - Commercial Building

We are hiring an experienced Project Head for our commercial building project at Koothanoor. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, site management, coordination, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

oOverall planning, execution, and monitoring of the commercial building project
oManaging site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors
oEnsuring quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specifications
oCoordinating with clients, consultants, and management
oMonitoring project schedules, budgets, and daily progress reports
oHandling billing, measurements, and material management

Requirements:
oMinimum 8-12 years of experience in commercial building projects
oStrong knowledge of construction methods, BOQs, and project controls
oAbility to independently handle site operations
oGood leadership and communication skills

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred

Salary: oBest in industry (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?100,013.98 per month
