Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Plan, implement, and oversee educational and skill-development projects.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved plans and institutional standards.
Team & Resource Management
Lead and manage academic, operations, and support teams.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity.
Conduct regular review meetings and provide guidance to team members.
Academic & Quality Control
Oversee curriculum implementation and training delivery.
Ensure quality standards in teaching, assessments, and student engagement.
Monitor trainer performance and learner outcomes.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and institutions.
Build relationships with industry partners, trainers, and vendors.
Represent the organization in meetings, reviews, and audits.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management.
Track KPIs, budgets, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with institutional, partner, and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
