Job Overview:
We are seeking a Project Head with strong expertise in commercial and industrial solar project execution. The role involves leading end-to-end execution of solar projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, and commissioning of commercial and industrial solar projects.
Manage project schedules, manpower, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to technical standards, safety norms, and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and clients.
Conduct site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely project completion with high-quality execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial solar project execution.
Strong technical knowledge of solar systems, installation processes, and site management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
