Review project requirements, site needs, and design specifications.
Develop fire protection strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Ensure designs meet all local, state, federal codes & standards (e.g., NFPA, OSHA).
Manage hydraulic calculations and system design.
Project Management:
Create project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Track costs, profits, and financial measures.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Coordination & Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Provide technical expertise and support to teams.
Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and presentations.
Execution & Quality Control:
Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression).
Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits for quality and safety.
Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Post-Project & Compliance:
Manage client relationships for ongoing service and future projects.
Ensure ongoing system maintenance compliance (e.g., NFPA 25).
Stay updated on fire-related laws, codes, and best practices.
