Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Project Head - Interior

to lead and manage large-scale interior fit-out projects in Chennai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for project planning, execution, quality control, cost management, and client coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple interior projects from planning to final handover Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor budgets, control costs, and track project financials Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution issues Act as the main point of contact for clients and senior management Prepare and review project progress reports and MIS Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory requirements

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out or design & build projects Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, and site practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corporate office, commercial, or hospitality interior projects Chennai market/vendor familiarity is an advantage

Pay: ₹15,623.61 - ₹87,242.27 per month
