Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Project Head

to lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects. The role involves overseeing design execution, site coordination, team management, budgeting, timelines, and client satisfaction across multiple interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and execution teams Manage multiple interior projects simultaneously from concept to handover Ensure quality standards, timelines, and budgets are strictly followed Client interaction, progress updates, and issue resolution Vendor, contractor, and subcontractor management Site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting execution challenges Approvals of drawings, BOQs, materials, and project schedules Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

8-12 years

of experience in interior projects (residential/commercial) Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, finishes, and MEP coordination Proven leadership and team-handling skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Strong project planning and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in turnkey interior projects Ability to handle high-value projects Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD (basic understanding)

Salary:

As per industry standards (based on experience)
