Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale real estate development projects. Provide strategic direction and decision-making across all project phases from land assessment and design to construction and handover. Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to drive seamless project execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and aligned with quality benchmarks and organizational standards. Drive project governance through robust monitoring of budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, regulatory frameworks, safety rules, and environmental norms. Conduct high-level site reviews and inspections to evaluate progress, risks, and corrective actions. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and execution strategies. Lead negotiations and finalization of contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Present project status, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Lead cross-functional project meetings and align internal departments for smooth coordination. Oversee project planning, scheduling, design validation, and quality control processes. Manage change orders, variations, and conflict resolution with stakeholders. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project team; ensure strong collaboration and accountability. Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and client expectations. Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies across project functions. Prepare executive-level project progress reports, presentations, and documentation. Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 20+ years of total experience in real estate development, construction, or EPC projects. Minimum 5-6 years of proven leadership experience as a Project Head managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of real estate development lifecycle, execution methodologies, and on-ground construction management. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects within time, cost, and quality parameters. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management capabilities. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project, Primavera, or similar software. Ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously and work under stringent timelines. Strong problem-solving, risk management, and analytical skills.
