Key Responsibilities
:
Take full ownership of
project planning, execution, and delivery
within defined timelines and budget
Lead site teams, engineers, and contractors for end-to-end execution
Coordinate with
government departments, consultants, and third-party stakeholders
Ensure strict compliance with
government tender documents, safety protocols, and legal requirements
Monitor project progress through site visits, reports, and dashboards
Oversee procurement, contracts, quality checks, and manpower planning
Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and vendor disputes proactively
Conduct project review meetings and present status updates to senior management and government authorities
Ensure documentation, billing, and certifications are completed as per standards
Key Skills & Competencies
:
Strong command of
project management tools, civil construction methods, and contract management
In-depth knowledge of
CPWD / PWD / government construction norms and compliance
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation
skills
Proficient in
MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / Excel
Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure
Educational Qualification
:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Mandatory)
PMP Certification or Master's in Project Management (Preferred)
Preferred Experience
:
Minimum
10 years
of experience in handling
large-scale government infrastructure/civil projects
Prior experience in
roads
