Project Head - HVAC (Heat Pump Division )

This position will work with the Team to ensure proper execution and delivery of technical support, with the goal of satisfying end users.

Position Responsibilities

Commissioning, Maintenance, Repair & Troubleshooting. Process engineering commissioning. Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients. Active collaboration in building new sales areas (e.g., Proactive recommendation of required/suggested spare parts to Customers) Ability and willingness to travel on short notice, onboard in the region, but occasionally also across India and abroad. Conduct training for Junior and Trainee Service Engineers and provide Technical Support Participation in modernization works and modifications of existing installations Able to train other employees on the operation of combustion systems and fuel trains. Must be able to read and work from schematics. Must have the ability and knowledge to troubleshoot systems with a schematic. Diagnose malfunctions of equipment to determine the cause and appropriate corrective action. Will need to perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established protocols. Competency to conduct a complete analysis and draft.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering trade Min 07 years to 10 Years of work experience in the same field. Field service environment working at customers' job sites. May be required to work overtime, weekends, and on-call. Occasionally exposed to work conditions in extreme temperatures and loud environments.
