Role Overview

We are looking for a

Project Head

to lead new property launches, expansions, and large-scale operational projects across Delhi-NCR. The role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for new hostel properties. Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for expansion projects. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams for smooth execution. Supervise fit-outs, interiors, facility setup, and compliance requirements. Implement SOPs and ensure project handover to operations team post-completion. Monitor risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and provide regular project status updates to management. Drive cost optimization while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Lead a team of executives/managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil/Interior, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 4-8 years of experience in project management (hospitality/real estate/startup/operations background preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and compliance. Willingness to travel across project sites as required.

Pay: From ?125,000.00 per month
