Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and execute interior design projects from inception to handover. Manage multiple sites, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project flow. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site reviews, progress meetings, and reporting to management. Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiations, and performance. Provide leadership and mentoring to project managers, site engineers, and supervisors. Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication. Ensure project documentation, billing, and closure are completed as per company standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of interior design, materials, and construction processes. Proven expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution. Leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) preferred. Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (Master's preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the interior design industry. Experience in handling large commercial, corporate, or high-end residential projects.

Notice Period - Immediate 15 to 30 days notice period
