Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Head to join a leading real estate developer in Goa, known for harmonizing exceptional design with purposeful execution. In this role, the Project Head will oversee complete project delivery - from pre-construction planning to final handover - ensuring excellence in design coordination, execution, safety, and stakeholder management. Job Responsibilities: Project Planning & Pre-Construction : Conduct detailed site analysis and handle all pre-construction activities. Prepare comprehensive pre-construction and construction schedules. Review project plans, drawings, and specifications periodically. Coordinate effectively with the design team on modifications required due to site conditions. Assist in procurement and assembly of materials at the site. Project Execution & Management: Oversee and manage all phases of construction execution. Handle PMC teams, contractors, and client interactions professionally. Lead and monitor team members according to roles and responsibilities. Conduct and lead regular site meetings, preparing and issuing minutes of meetings (MoM). Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (Q&A audits) and site safety protocols. Maintain compliance with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies. Track completion of all required material testing, inspections, and statutory compliances. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress against schedules on a weekly basis and take corrective actions when needed. Maintain complete records of project documentation, including commissioning reports, handover documents, and contractor submissions. Ensure accurate and updated inventory records of all project assets and materials. Delivery & Coordination : Ensure seamless project delivery, including design coordination, execution, quality control, and client satisfaction. Lead client meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders for smooth project operations. Support project closure activities, ensuring timely handover and documentation compliance. Job Requirements : B.Tech / BE / M.Tech in Civil Engineering. 10 to 15 years of experience in construction, real estate development, or project management. Strong understanding of construction processes, MEP, GC, and Interior fit-out concepts. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD (preferred). Knowledge of scheduling, planning, and site management tools. Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities. Strong communication, time management, and team leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Good grooming and professional conduct.
