Job Summary

:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, and timely delivery within the defined quality and cost parameters.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee end-to-end execution of road projects (including NH/SH/PMGSY or urban roads) Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure adherence to project timelines Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations Liaise with government officials, contractors, consultants, and vendors Allocate resources effectively (labour, machinery, material, etc.) Conduct site inspections and solve technical and execution issues Review and approve project documentation (DPRs, bills, QC reports, etc.) Lead and manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors Ensure all work aligns with technical specifications and drawings Report project status to management and clients regularly

Key Skills

:

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and equipment Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel) Good understanding of contract management and billing Strong communication and coordination skills Knowledge of government norms, quality control, and audits

Preferred Experience

:

Experience in large-scale road/highway construction projects (BOT/EPC/DBFOT) Handled budgets above ?25-100 Cr Worked with government clients (PWD, NHAI, MORTH, etc.)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
