Job Description

The Project Head will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of large-scale wind projects - from order receipt to contract closure - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with targeted margins. This is a P&L accountability role with a strong focus on execution excellence, stakeholder management, and compliance with safety, quality, and ESG standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Full ownership of project delivery, cash flow, and profitability. Oversee planning, execution, contract management, and timely HOTO to customers/operations teams. Manage customer, vendor, government, and local stakeholder relationships. Ensure adherence to HSE, Quality, ESG, and contractual requirements. Drive vendor and contract management to achieve milestones, control costs, and avoid penalties. Identify opportunities for margin improvement and additional revenue. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Promote safety-first, quality-first, and performance-driven culture in teams. Lead and engage teams with training, recognition, and accountability.

Ideal Candidate:

A senior leader with proven experience in delivering wind projects end-to-end, possessing strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage P&L while driving operational excellence.
