Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
entire projects vertical
for PEB / steel structures
Oversee and control 4-5 project sites concurrently
, ensuring timely and efficient execution
Define and implement project execution strategies, budgets, and timelines
Oversee planning, design coordination, fabrication, logistics, and erection activities
Ensure project profitability through effective
cost control, budgeting, and risk management
Drive compliance with
quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
Mentor, guide, and lead AGM, Project Managers, and senior site teams
Review project performance, MIS reports, cash flow, billing, and collections
Act as the primary point of contact for
clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders
Support business growth by providing strategic inputs during project planning and execution
Ensure successful project completion, handover, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
BE / B.Tech in
Civil or Mechanical Engineering
(MBA preferred)
12-18+ years of experience
in PEB / steel structures project execution
Proven experience in handling
