Credit Appraisal
Appraisal of the Project Finance proposals involving detailed analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Ratios, Cash Flows, Management Risk, Industry Risk, Economic conditions
Detailed Financial analysis including finalization of financial model
Preparation of Credit Approval Memorandum and following internal approval processes
Documentation and Compliance
Meet with all pre-disbursal and post disbursal compliance
To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group
Market Research
Illustrates understanding of Market / industry / sector in which the Project is being set up and current market conditions through primary and secondary research.
Sector tracking / management presentations;
Monitoring of Project
Tracking of covenants and management of exceptions / deviations
Regular review of the case
Inspections / Site visits Sector ass
