Job Opening: Project & Marketing Executive

Location: Vellore (Field work across villages & colleges in Vellore)

Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

Ghana Wisdom Project Center is a small but energetic hub in Vellore -- helping students, creators, and local youth build real-world tech & digital skills

What You'll Actually Do

Field Outreach

- Visit colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, and Educational Institutes across Tamil Nadu.

- Talk to students, teachers, and local youth -- explain what we do in simple, relatable terms.

- Collect genuine interest (not just numbers -- real people who want to learn & build).

Student Onboarding & Project Support

- Guide students through their mini-projects (e.g., YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp status packs, simple websites, AI tools).

- Be their first point of contact -- answer doubts, share templates, motivate them when stuck.

- Share student success stories (with permission!) on Instagram/WhatsApp -- raw, real, no filters.

- Build trust -- not followers.

Feedback Loop

- Tell us what students actually need

- Report what's working, what's not

Who You Are

You speak Tamil & English(fluently in conversation -- no fancy jargon needed).
*You're comfortable traveling to villages, colleges, and small towns (2-wheeler preferred).

You've used WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube -- even if you're not an "expert".
You believe in students first-- not sales targets.
*Bonus if you've guided someone (even a friend!) through a project, app, or creative idea.

No degree required.

No prior "marketing job" needed.

But -- you must be honest, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping others grow.
