Job Description

Project Executive manages construction, development/renovation projects, overseeing everything from planning, budgeting, and design to construction and pre-opening, ensuring alignment with business strategy, managing stakeholders (contractors, staff, owners), controlling costs, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, focusing on guest experience and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy:

Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, set milestones, and create strategic roadmaps for Cafe openings or renovations.

Budget & Financials:

Secure funding, manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability objectives are met, including P&L oversight.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between owners, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and operations teams; manage client expectations and communication.

Execution & Oversight:

Supervise all project phases (design, construction, fit-out, commissioning), monitor daily progress, ensure quality, and manage risk.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure adherence to local regulations, brand standards, and safety protocols.

Operational Readiness:

Coordinate with restaurant cafe operations to prepare for launch, including staff training, technology implementation, and transition planning.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular status updates, analyze project performance, and conduct "lessons learned" for future projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree (Hospitality, Business, Engineering preferred).

Experience:

Proven project management experience, especially in restaurant cafe, gaming zone or Amusement park construction, renovations, or pre-openings.

Leadership:

Strong leadership, negotiation, and team-building skills.

Technical:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project), financial management, contract administration.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, risk management, and attention to detail.
