Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the execution of mechanical engineering projects at client sites across India.
Mobilize and manage onsite project teams, ensuring proper resource allocation and team coordination.
Address and resolve project-related challenges on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain daily/weekly reports, progress tracking, and documentation of site activities.
Travel to project sites across India as required for supervision, planning, and execution.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Certifications:
PMP certification (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in project handling, preferably in mechanical or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and project lifecycle.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India for project requirements.
