Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or any related field
Basic knowledge of operations, coordination, or event activities
Experience in ticketing or travel booking is an added advantage
Skills Needed
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Basic accounting/data entry knowledge
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work with different teams and vendors
Job Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new franchisees and managing documentation
Coordinate with franchisees for daily updates, support needs, and follow-ups
Support ticket booking for events and resolve ticket-related issues
Assist in booking travel and accommodation for franchisees, staff, and guests
Handle basic accounting entries, invoice tracking, and petty cash updates
Coordinate with event vendors (stage, sound, printing, catering, etc.)
Track vendor timelines, services, and payments
Maintain simple records, reports, and follow-up lists
Support the operations team in day-to-day program activities
