Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic

Project Executive - Premium Brand Division

to oversee high-value brand projects within

Whoyer's Marketplace ecosystem

. The role includes ensuring structured communication, aligning strategies between brands and creators, and enabling smooth, timely execution of all premium brand R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end premium brand R&D projects. Maintain structured and timely communication with brand teams and marketplace companies. Build and manage project sprints, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate closely with the Social Media Mastery Strategist to implement strategies effectively. Oversee creators and execution teams to ensure brand expectations are met. Track performance KPIs and ensure on-time delivery. Provide strategic support in marketing and social media execution when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing, branding, or creator ecosystems. Strong understanding of social media platforms, marketing workflows, and content pipelines. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines. Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflow systems.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
