Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Executive

to manage

end-to-end execution of ongoing projects, ensure smooth coordination across teams,

and deliver high-quality outcomes on time. The ideal candidate must have strong

project management skills along with hands-on experience in digital marketing to

support campaign planning and execution as part of project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion within

defined timelines and budgets.

? Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, design, and

technology, as well as external partners/vendors.

? Support digital marketing campaigns associated with projects, ensuring

alignment with marketing goals.

? Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and performance

reports.

? Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure uninterrupted workflow throughout

execution.

? Communicate project progress and milestones to management through

structured reporting.

? Monitor outcomes and contribute to process improvements for increased

efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

? 2+ years of experience in project coordination/management roles.

? Hands-on experience in digital marketing (campaign coordination, content

branding, social media handling, analytics tools, etc.).

? Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

? Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana,

Monday.com, or Notion.

? Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
