We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Executive to oversee interior design and execution projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, site coordination, and client communication to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end interior projects.
Coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and inventory.
Conduct regular site visits to track execution and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Prepare project reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
Handle client updates, approvals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges and ensure safety compliance.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3 years plus of experience in interior project management or site execution.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site technical details.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
