Project Executive (Interior & Exterior Decoration, ACP Cladding) MMT Technologies Private Limited is seeking motivated and skilled Project Executives to join our team in the field of Interior & Exterior Decoration. The role involves handling ACP cladding, aluminium profile framing, welding, and related finishing works for commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Execute and supervise ACP cladding works for both interior and exterior projects. Carry out framing works using aluminium profiles, ensuring structural accuracy and quality. Perform basic welding tasks required for structural frames and decorative assemblies. Learn and assist in basic electrical installation works (e.g., wiring, fitting, lighting for decor projects). Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain safety and quality standards on all assigned worksites. Be flexible and willing to support other departments or tasks when assigned, depending on project needs. Requirements: Prior experience in ACP cladding, aluminium profile work, or welding is preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills, especially in basic electrical and multi-department tasks. Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, or supervisor guidance. Strong problem-solving attitude and readiness to work on varied site conditions. Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks. Team player with good discipline and adaptability.
