Infrastructure - Water Supply, Sewerage EPC Projects, and Asset Management
Role Overview:
As a
Project Executive
, you will support the
planning, execution, coordination, and reporting
of infrastructure and EPC projects. You will assist the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
project planning and scheduling
in coordination with the Project Manager.
Support in the
execution and monitoring
of day-to-day project activities at site or office.
Track progress against project timelines and report
daily/weekly/monthly status updates
.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, estimation) and external stakeholders (contractors, clients, vendors).
Ensure
documentation, drawings, and approvals
are in place for smooth execution.
Support in
resource planning
,
material follow-ups
, and
site logistics
.
Assist in ensuring compliance with
quality, safety
, and
contractual requirements
.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and variations.
Help prepare
presentations, dashboards
, and
MIS reports
for internal and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1-3 years
of experience in project execution or coordination in
infrastructure/EPC projects
.
Good understanding of
project life cycles
, site operations, and documentation.
Proficient in
MS Office
,
MS Project/Primavera
(preferred), and basic understanding of
AutoCAD
.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites across India.
