Job Description

Education Qualification:

Essential:

BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/Automobile ENGG.

Desirable:

Emission homologation execution, Type 1 testing, EV Range and EEC testing, Emission Lab handling, ECU data analysis, Knowledge on AIS 137, AIS 175 (WLTP)



Exposure to test agencies (ARAI, ICAT, BIS, TUV, IDIADA etc.)

Responsibilities:

Emission Vehicle Preparation, Testing, Results compilation & Analysis.



EV Testing (Range & EEC) results analysis.



Testing schedule preparation and monitoring.



Executing emission testing at test agency locations (iCAT/ARAI etc.) and results analysis.



Troubleshooting for lab equipment breakdown.



Coordination with lab equipment supplier for maintenance related issues.



Coordination for audits such as ISO 9001, Safety etc.



Internal processes/standards/MOS preparation and implementation.

Essential Qualifications:

Emission test execution, Type 1 emission testing, Emission lab and equipment operation and handling, ECU data analysis, Knowledge of BS6, CAFE norms, Euro norms, WLTP.



Knowledge of software such as INCA, Concerto, MDA and other data analysis tools.
