Job Description

you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans, expand market reach, and promote company products or services to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, digital platforms, etc.) Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of clients from prospecting to onboarding Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
