Understand client project briefs and coordinate for deliverables.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including clients, doctors, patients, field teams, and internal departments.
Plan, organize, and monitor project progress with timely maintenance and reporting.
Prepare and submit periodic reports in Excel or PowerPoint with data analysis.
Conduct project-wise feedback collection and maintain archives.
Present weekly project reviews and maintain project documentation.
Handle PSP (Patient Support Program) / Helpdesk projects effectively.
Support clients' internal execution teams for seamless implementation.
Perform regular health checks on assigned projects to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide on-call assistance and coordination with doctors and patients in
English, Hind, etc
.
Learn and test various aspects of assigned projects for continuous improvement.
