Primary Responsibility
Assessment of new contractors for execution jobs and maintain contractors' records.
Organise offers from labour contractors and assist BU head to finalise orders for Construction.
Preparation of procurement plan in coordination with Procurement department, timely delivery of materials at site, preparation of invoice and collection
Visit to sites and support to site personnel for smooth execution of projects including co-ordination with branches.
Review of site progress with respect to targeted dates, take corrective premature action in consultation with BU Head
Organize progress review meeting with HOD and other Segment Head (design, tendering, procurement) and take required action to complete the project within the agreed time schedule.
Preparation of budget in consultation with Procurement and HOD and to review periodically to ensure completion of project within the budgeted cost
Secondary Responsibility
Follow up with customers/branches/site personnel for payments
Review and obtaining approval of drawings etc from customers. contractor working at project sites
Assist site personnel in sorting out disposal action on customer complaints
Preparation of purchase requisition for capital items such as vehicles.
