We are expanding our operations and require an experienced Project Execution Engineer to manage and oversee large-scale IP CCTV installations and optical fiber projects. : As a Project Execution Engineer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of IP CCTV and optical fiber installation projects, from planning and deployment to final execution. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of IP CCTV systems and optical fiber cabling.
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring they comply with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and provide technical guidance and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to the contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, inventory, and job reports.
- Train and develop team members in installation techniques and standards.
- B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in executing sizable projects involving IP CCTV installations and optical fiber laying.
- Proven ability to manage and lead project teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking equipment and systems related to CCTV and optical fiber.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Age under 36 years.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in outdoor environments.
- Relevant certifications in CCTV installation, optical fiber technology, or networking will be preferred.
