We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Lead to oversee a team of Project Engineers and ensure the smooth execution of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Project Engineers to ensure effective project execution and timely completion of deliverables.
Risk Management:
Identify and raise red flags proactively to address potential project risks or deviations from plan.
Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise and on-ground support to the team during project execution.
Subcontractor Management:
Assist in the evaluation and finalization of subcontractors in coordination with the sourcing and procurement teams.
Site Monitoring:
Regularly monitor project sites to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance as per standards.
Client Coordination:
Conduct customer visits during project execution to review progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
