Work closely with clients to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps in Sales, HR, and Operations processes.
Support consulting engagements through data analysis, reporting, and client interaction.
Contribute to improvement initiatives using structured methodologies and business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of clients' Sales, HR, and Operations processes to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and benchmark practices against industry standards.
Perform financial and performance analysis to evaluate operational effectiveness.
Prepare clear, customized analytical reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Develop and deliver client presentations; respond to queries to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with client teams to validate findings and support implementation of improvement methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean.
Assist senior consultants with:
Creating SOPs, process flowcharts, and documentation
Preparing reports and presentations
Scheduling meetings and coordinating project activities
Maintaining project records and documentation
Eligibility / Qualifications
Diploma, BE, B.Tech, MBA, or any Bachelor's Degree.
