Role Overview:
The Customer Care & Estimation Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the production and design teams, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order process. This role bridges customer service and technical estimation to ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care & Coordination
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries from clients and dealers.
Provide prompt responses, detailed product information, and guide clients through available materials, finishes, and pricing.
Maintain strong communication between clients, the design team, and the production department.
Track order status and update customers regularly on progress and dispatch schedules.
Manage customer complaints or after-sales issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a customer database (CRM or Excel) for follow-up and record-keeping.
Estimation & Quotation
Prepare detailed cost estimations and quotations based on drawings, BOQs, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with design, production, and purchase teams to ensure accurate costing and feasibility before quotation submission.
Revise quotations when design or material specifications change.
Ensure all quotations follow company pricing policies and profit margins.
Support the sales team with comparative estimates and rate analysis for project proposals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quotation logs, order confirmations, and customer correspondence records.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on enquiries, quotations sent, conversion ratios, and customer feedback.
Assist in preparing invoices and coordinating with accounts for payment follow-ups.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil essential; Hindi optional).
Good understanding of modular furniture/interior manufacturing processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
Attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical ability.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple teams.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving mindset.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
Additional certification in estimation or customer relationship management is a plus.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in customer support, estimation, or coordination within the interior, modular furniture, or construction industry.
Freshers with good communication and technical aptitude may also apply.

Salary:
Commensurate with experience and skills.
