to support our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring competitive pricing in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review architectural drawings, interior design layouts, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Analyze labor, material, and subcontractor costs for residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns for proposals and tender submissions.
Request, evaluate, and compare quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
Support the bidding and tendering process by assembling competitive bid packages.
Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and labor rates to ensure up-to-date and accurate pricing.
Assist in budget preparation and recommend cost-saving options through value engineering.
Collaborate with designers, procurement, and project management teams to align costs with design and execution plans.
Maintain a database of project costs, suppliers, and pricing benchmarks for reference in future estimations.
Participate in site visits and client meetings when required to understand the scope and logistics.
