LPG Pipeline Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Oversight:

Supervise and manage pipeline construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules and budget.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance on pipeline design, materials selection, installation techniques, and operational considerations.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimize disruptions.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

Implement QA/QC procedures to verify the quality of materials, construction processes, and final installations.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and as-built records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of proven experience in managing pipeline projects, preferably in the energy or utilities sector. In-depth knowledge of pipeline design codes, construction methodologies, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

Do you have prior experience in the installation of pipelines for LPG (our domain), HVAC, firefighting, and water systems? Will you be able to check the pipe fit-up, welding quality, and conduct leak testing? Do you have sound knowledge in pipe fittings and accessories? Can you create a simple P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) in AutoCAD ?
