Get approved Partition Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Work Method Statements, and Project Specifications from the Project Manager/Client.
Ensure all partition panels, framing materials, fasteners, accessories, and related components are available on-site and approved by the inspection/QA department before installation.
Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, ladders, and scaffolding are available for execution.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other disciplines to ensure site clearance and readiness for partition installation.
Arrange sufficient skilled manpower and allocate tasks as per the daily work plan.
Closely monitor site activities to ensure installation quality meets approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and prepare the daily progress report.
Prepare final inspection reports, as-built drawings, snag lists, closure reports, and O&M manuals, and ensure smooth handover of partition works to the client.
