The Project Engineer/Manager will be responsible for overall project planning, execution,
coordination, and delivery. This role involves managing project teams, contractors, consultants,
budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful completion of projects. The position
requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while
ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams
Manage and monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and scope
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
Lead and manage site teams, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Monitor project budgets, billing, cost control, and variation management
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and company policies
Review daily site progress reports and conduct regular site meetings
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
Handle client communication, inspections, approvals, and handovers
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and schedules
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.Des / B.Sc / B.Voc in Interior Design, or BA in Interior Architecture, or relevant
discipline
