What You'll Be Doing:
Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risks for automotive and functional safety semiconductor IP development projects.
Facilitating clear, consistent communication within international, multi-site teams and with all stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
Ensuring all project deliverables meet Synopsys' quality management system (QMS) and functional safety process requirements.
Planning, steering, and monitoring all project activities, adapting to evolving priorities and technical challenges.
Regularly reporting project statuses and key metrics to both technical and management audiences, providing transparency and actionable insights.
Executing gate reviews, leading decision-making matrices, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
Proactively resolving conflicts and handling deviations to maintain momentum and achieve project goals.

What You'll Need:
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management experience, preferably with international and multi-sited teams.
Strong proficiency in project planning and tracking using JIRA and BigPicture or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of quality management systems and functional safety processes, ideally within automotive or semiconductor environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Science, or equivalent field.
Experience managing project scope, schedule, costs, and risk, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
