Profile - Project Engineer
Qualification - Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
Experience - Min. 4 + years of relevant experience in electrical and control systems engineering. (Proficiency in PLC/SCADA/HMI programming and commissioning, particularly with Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or similar systems.)
Salary - Upto 8 lac
Location - Pune

Technical Design: Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions,
focusing on electrical and control system design, PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, network and telemetry
system configuration, remote testing, troubleshooting, and project coordination and management.
Project Execution: Design and deliver technical solutions that meet the requirements and scope of the
project. Ensure cost management to deliver the project within budget constraints.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating high-risk items to management as
needed.
Timeline Management: Meet milestones and time constraints of proposals, maintaining an up-to-date
schedule with milestones, work breakdown structure, and tasks.
Scope Management: Manage changes to scope and project outcomes, raising cost variations for customer
approval.
Quality Assurance: Ensure professional engineering design and task management in accordance with
project requirements and company quality standards.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and
actively participate in the sales process and development of project bids to best position SAGE to win work.
Communication: Clearly communicate project objectives, progress, and changes to all stakeholders.
