to manage Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects from start to finish. With 5+ years of experience, you'll ensure successful project delivery - on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for WTPs. Monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Technical Oversight:
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Review and approve technical documents, providing on-site guidance. Ensure compliance with standards (e.g., CPHEEO Manual, IS codes).
Site Supervision:
Conduct site visits for progress, quality, and safety checks. Resolve technical issues on-site.
Cost & Quality Control:
Monitor project expenses, identify cost savings, and implement quality control procedures.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Documentation:
Prepare project reports, technical documents, and maintain comprehensive records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Engineer specifically in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
Proven track record of delivering WTP projects.
Strong understanding of WTP processes (e.g., filtration, disinfection, RO, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and Indian WTP standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
