with 3-4 years and above experience in managing and executing engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, coordination, execution, and timely delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cost targets.
Handle technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
Manage subcontractors and ensure proper execution at site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial or relevant discipline).
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations.
Proficiency in MS Office, project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in handling large-scale or multi-location projects.
Willingness to travel and relocate within Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad as required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
