Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for engineering and

expertise in Mechatronic Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Industrial Automation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

? Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.

? Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Understand client requirements and provide

technical solutions.

? Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and Maintain detailed project

documentation

? Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

? Monitor and control activities on the shop floor and at sub-vendors as per the

schedule.

? Inspect the supplier and sub-vendor components for compliance as per requirement.

? Make customer visits, present about our capabilities & projects handled and capture their

requirements.

? Preparation of technical specifications and estimation to submit formal quotations

against tenders / enquiries.

? Follow-up with customer for release of formal enquiry / tender. Ensure Marketing team are

tracking the same on GEM portal, tender sites, or registered emails on regular basis as per the

customer indication / advice.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

? Knowledge of integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

? Good Understanding knowledge CAD Drawings, Hydraulic drawings and Schematics.

? Proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic

systems.

? Experience with Integration of automation systems, PLCs, and control systems.

? Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

? Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions.

? Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

? Understanding of industry standards, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance.

? Knowledge of estimations and pricing strategies.

? Good Persuasion skills.

? Willingness and able to travel.
