Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team for a large-scale Township Development Project in Malappuram, Kerala. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil engineering expertise, project management skills, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Location:

Malappuram, Kerala, India

Experience Required:

7 to 12 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multinational companies.

Education:

B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering - Mandatory*
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project execution and ensure adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams Monitor project budgets, resources, and schedules Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering best practices and assist in filings before government authorities Prepare and present progress reports to senior management Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Key Requirements:

7 to 12 years of experience in infrastructure/township projects Experience working with multinational companies is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management tools and MS Office A degree in Management (Bachelor's or Master's) is an added advantage
